TENANT: In 2012 Jarrod Durden had a successful payroll service company but was considering buying a Sport Clips Franchise. Jarrod had been driving to McDonough for “The Sport Clips Experience” of watching sports on TV while getting a great haircut from guy-smart stylists who specialize in men & boys’ hair care. He knew the Middle Georgia area was lacking this resource and that the success of his franchise depended on 3 things – a great staff, a high traffic location, and a good landlord.

Jarrod opened his Macon store in September 2012, and it was so successful that he began looking for a second location in Warner Robins. He immediately contacted the SPP Team to see what was available. They helped him research the area and he picked a prime location at Lake Joy Pavilion. This upcoming development area had name-brand franchises like Mellow Mushroom, Wild Wings, Lowes, Goodwill and the Houston Lakes Cinemas attracted people from all over the Middle Georgia Area. Houston County High School and the Warner Robins American Little League complex were within 1 mile of the development which he knew would be a big draw for his new location.

They have far exceeded his revenue expectations and he gives credit to his excellent locations and wonderful staff.
